# Stonewake > Agentic market intelligence for banks. Stonewake builds company intelligence from official registers and watches a vetted catalog of courts, regulators, tenders, filings, official newsrooms, multilateral banks and the trade press, in every language, every day. It extracts financeable deals and ranks them in a Deal Book where every customer-visible claim carries a verbatim quote from a stable public source page, or a labelled provider snippet where that page blocks crawlers. In pilot with a leading German bank. Sales-led; no self-serve signup. ## What it does - Deal Book: a ranked pipeline of financeable deals, with an auto-drafted origination memo per deal (labeled as AI-drafted). - Portfolio monitoring: deterministic credit monitoring over a bank's monitored book. Green, Amber, Red, 36 signals in 11 families, 23 of them carrying an EBA/GL/2020/06 paragraph 274 letter, zero model calls in scoring, append-only assessments and a transitions feed that names the register record behind every move. Distinct from Stonewake Monitoring, the public briefs. - Company graph: companies, owners, lenders and register events built from official registers. Every relationship carries a citation to the record behind it or it does not render. Ownership chains walk hop by hop, default threshold 25 percent, and stop at an individual with an explicit gated terminal; person details are never served. - Financing surface: registered charges with bound lenders, listed debt instruments, filed debt positions and a maturity wall, with per-source coverage states so what was not searched is stated. - Explainable scoring: deals arrive openly scored and sorted toward the desk's mandate. - Evidence integrity: every finding shows its verbatim quote, verified against the text the source serves; where a source blocks crawlers the quote is a labelled provider snippet and says so. - Countries: explainable, cited country risk built from named public components (Corruption Perceptions Index, World Bank Worldwide Governance Indicators, FATF and EU lists) over a reference of 245 jurisdictions. Where a publisher carries no value for a jurisdiction, the profile says so. Missing data is shown as missing, never scored as safe. - Screening: adverse-media screening of organizations and countries across 9 categories over a 5-year window; findings quote-verified; draft verdicts Red / Amber / Green; analyst confirmation with an append-only audit ledger. - Source catalog: a vetted catalog of official newsrooms and trade sources, each checked on schedule. - Excel: one-click export of the whole book as a single workbook, citations and dataset attributions included. ## Trust and compliance - EU & UK data residency: workspace data, the product database and the audit trail stay in EU and UK regions, Helsinki and London; search and model providers see public source text and queries only. - We never train models on your data. - GDPR by construction: screening runs on organizations and countries; person details are never served (a person id answers the same 404 as an unknown id). ## Monitoring Stonewake Monitoring publishes verified news briefs for export finance, project finance and commercial real estate desks.
