Centurion adds two Singapore dormitory sites to its worker housing pipeline
The operator secured a 5,000-bed leasehold plot at Lok Yang Way and an earlier 7,000-bed site in the north, taking combined land spending to S$564.7 million.
Centurion Corporation was awarded a 30-year leasehold plot at Lok Yang Way in Singapore for a 5,000-bed worker dormitory, with JTC granting the S$221.7 million (US$174 million) bid on 31 August 2026.[1]
The company had earlier, on 5 August 2026, secured a 7,000-bed worker housing plot in Singapore's north after tabling S$343 million.[2]
With the Kranji Close dormitory award in August 2026, the group's total land outlay across the projects reached S$564.7 million.[1]
