Frasers Property has acquired Cuppage Terrace, a row of 17 conservation shophouses on Cuppage Road in Singapore's Orchard Road district, from Royal Holdings.[1]

The transaction was announced on 1 September 2026 at a price of S$175 million, which one report put at $137.6 million.[1][2]

Another publication converted the figure to €119m.[2]

The vendor had marketed the asset through CBRE from January 2026 with an asking price of S$250 million.[1]
