Penta Real Estate takes half of HoldCo Bubny in Prague regeneration area

Ownership of the landowning company behind the Bubny-Zatory district has been reshaped among three investors.

Penta Real Estate has bought a 50% holding in HoldCo Bubny, the company that owns land in Prague's Bubny-Zatory regeneration district, with the deal announced on 31 August 2026.[1]

Under the same arrangement, AKIPIA took 35% while J&T Group kept the remaining 15%.[1]

The wider regeneration effort is expected to draw roughly €3.7 billion of investment, phased through to 2050.[1]

Plans for the area include up to 25 urban blocks and 10,000 homes.[1]
